Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis contains a mixture of hitting, running and movement drills with a majority of the session being game based drills.


Cardio Tennis is designed to keep players moving as much as possible in the 60 minute session with the added motivation of music. Players will roughly burn over 300 calories a session and will see natural improvements in their game from the amount of balls being hit in the hour.


The game based approach will see player’s reaction volleys improve out of sight, baseline rallies get longer and their fitness levels improve.
